Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the product, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty. This is a right recognized by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
How to return a product
- Write to us at blade20751@gmail.com indicating your order number and which product you wish to return.
- We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product within 14 days from the moment you informed us of your decision.
- As soon as we receive it and verify its condition, we will issue your refund.
Product condition
The product must be returned complete, with all its accessories and in its original packaging, in conditions that allow for its resale. You may have opened and tested it—just as you would in a physical store—but if it shows signs of wear beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and functionality, we may apply a proportional reduction to the refund.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered. In those cases, we will assume the full cost.
Refund
We will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund includes the price of the product and the original standard shipping costs.
Defective or damaged product
If your order arrives broken or does not work, write to us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging. We will send you a replacement at no cost or refund your money in full, as you prefer. You do not need to return the defective product to us in most cases.
Exceptions
In accordance with the law, there is no right of withdrawal for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, nor for goods made to the consumer's specifications.
