Delivery times
We prepare your order in 1-3 business days and transport takes the time indicated in the table.
We ship from our international warehouse. We prefer to be upfront about this before you buy: we are not a 24-hour delivery store. In return, our prices are considerably lower than in traditional retail.

⚠️ Important if you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla
These territories are outside the customs territory of the European Union for VAT purposes. This means your order goes through customs and, in addition to the price you pay here, you may have to pay the IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) and customs handling fees upon delivery. These amounts are set by the administration, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you prefer to avoid this, write to us before purchasing and we will explain it to you with no obligation.
Orders outside of Spain
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Our customer service is in Spanish.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Keep in mind that tracking may take 2-5 days to show movement: this is normal and does not mean the package is stuck.
Orders with multiple items
If your order includes several products, it is possible they will arrive in separate packages and on different days. Do not worry if you only receive part of it: the rest is on the way.
Issues
If your order exceeds the maximum estimated time by 10 days, write to us at blade20751@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and, if the package has been lost, we will resend the product or refund the full amount.
Incorrect address
Check your address carefully before confirming. If you detect an error, notify us within the first 12 hours and we will correct it at no cost. Once the package has been shipped, it is not possible to change the destination.
Taxes
All prices include the applicable Spanish VAT. On shipments to peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, you will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and countries outside the EU, please review the previous sections.
